Fire Emblem Engage DLC Waves 2-4: Chrome, Robin and Other Characters Return
The long-standing fans of Fire Emblem were definitely glad to see the old lords in Fire Emblem Engage.
However, there were many more characters who fans hoped to see, but who never appeared in the game. However, there is nothing to worry about, since it seems that the favorites of fans will be constantly added to Fire Emblem Engage through DLC.
announced waves 2, 3 and 4 for Fire Emblem Engage
Three new DLC waves for Fire Emblem Engage were shown at the first Nintendo Direct event in 2023. The content of these waves is as follows:
wave 2
- Hector: One of the three Lords in Fire Emblem: The Blazing Sword. Lin, another lord from the game, is already located in Fire Emblem Engage. Unlike swords, Hector prefers axes and is a more bulky unit than the average lord.
- Sore: Grail mercenaries, the so-called group of heroes from Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance. Sore looks like he will have a large-scale magic attack with the emblem.
- Camilla: This is the sister of Corrie from Fire Emblem Fates. Camilla is a knight Mali, a unique class using axes and magic. It seems that she uses an ax-bolt, a rare ax causing magical damage.
wave 3
- Chrome and Robin: This couple complements the Lords from Fire Emblem Awakening (Lucina-the third). Chrome and Robin are taking a joint attack using magic and sword. Most likely, this is a reference to the paired system, where players could combine Robin and Chroma to deliver a double blow.
- Veronica: This character is actually from the mobile game Fire Emblem Heroes. She is a sworn enemy of the book 1, but later appears in history again. It seems that her Emblem Ring will be able to call more heroes from the past Fire Emblem.
wave 4
- A new part of Fire Emblem Engage will be represented in this wave. The called fallen penologist seems to be another world in trouble, and the inhabitants of this world are asking Clear for help. New content will also open new areas on the map of the Elites.
